Registration for Europerfusion 2026 is now open.
The congress will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, on 30–31 October 2026.
Please choose the registration option that applies to you.
Individual Registration
Choose Individual Registration if you are registering yourself for Europerfusion 2026.
During the registration process, you can select your Friday and/or Saturday attendance, add SimLab sessions on Friday, and register for the Friday Evening Social Event.
Third-Party Registration
Choose Third-Party Registration if you are registering one or more attendees on behalf of someone else, for example for your organisation, hospital, company or team.
As the main booker, you are responsible for entering the registration details for each attendee and for completing the payment for all registrations included in the booking.
You do not need to attend the congress yourself.

SimLab Sessions
On Friday, participants can register for one or more hands-on SimLab sessions.
The SimLab sessions offer an interactive learning environment with a strong focus on practical experience.

Price per SimLab session: €50 excl. Serbian VAT
When registering for a SimLab session, your Friday congress attendance is included.
Places are limited and subject to availability, so we recommend booking your preferred session(s) early.
Friday Evening Social Event
Join colleagues, industry representatives and fellow professionals for an informal networking evening on Friday.
The Social Event includes a cocktail dinner and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Social Event ticket: €35 excl. Serbian VAT
The Social Event is booked separately from the Friday and Saturday congress registration.
EBCP Member Registration
If you register using an EBCP Member rate, you will be required to provide a valid EBCP Membership Number.
All EBCP Member registrations will be verified. If an active membership cannot be confirmed, the registration will be adjusted to the applicable non-member rate and the difference in fee will be charged.
